We were delighted to host a team building workshop for Cachet, an interior design group based in Auckland, New Zealand. From her first enquiry Nandini’s warmth and kindness radiated through every message. Read on to hear about how the team connected over scent while creating their own unique fragrance!
Nandini, tell us about yourself.
As well as being a Group Marketing Lead at Cachet, I was, at the time spearheading the Wellbeing programme for our Auckland team which involved initiatives to bring the team together and build on our culture, in an authentic way.
We love hearing scent stories. Can you share one of your favourite scents or scent memories with us?
For me, it would be the smell of rain hitting the concrete.
What can you say about THE skills and knowledge OF YOUR FRAGRANT HOST?
Astrid was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions. She facilitated the workshop well and gave us room to be independent and explore but also was attentive to when someone in the team needed her
How did you find the process of creating your own perfume?
Very insightful, learning there is an art and formula to it.
Would you recommend this perfume workshop to others? Why or why not?
Yes of course, it is a very personal experience and you feel like you gain a lot from the workshop and it goes by so quick because you’re so immersed.
Anything else you would like to share with us that might inspire others?
Thank you to Astrid and Sam for organising and hosting us for this workshop!
Thank you once again for your willingness to share your thoughts and experiences!
